API for Checkout payment

Checkout payment is a quick and convenience payment integration method for merchant. After calling the Checkout API, the client will be redirect to OTT Pay’s Checkout Platform to finish payment. OTT Pay will notice the payment result and redirect back to merchant’s web site.
